Hi everyone! We hope you had a great week-end 🙂

After careful discussion with the Board members, we are ready to announce and introduce a renewed governance structure for our community. The old approach sometimes slowed down decisions which slowed down operations. That new structure names active leaders for each department. These leaders (and now Board members as well) will be able to make decisions faster, to communicate clearly, and stay accountable to everyone. Having leaders who are involved every day is highly helpful because they will follow major events, track evolving decks and archetypes, join community discussions, and listen to what players need. Their goal is simple: keep information moving, make timely choices, and deliver initiatives that matter.
In short, here is what you can expect:

• Faster decisions on daily operations and complex issues, when it occurs
• Direct points of contact in each department for clarity and follow-through
• A more responsive rhythm for tournament support, balance insights, content, and community well-being
